Is Flynomi legitimate?
Yes. Flynomi is the search and comparison layer, operated by an IATA-accredited travel agency. You receive real airline e-tickets after ticketing, not vouchers or travel credits. Payment is processed through Stripe and your card is authorized but not charged until your e-ticket is delivered to your inbox. If the ticket does not issue for any reason, the authorization releases automatically and you owe nothing. You can read the full founder story on our About page.
When is my card actually charged?
Never before your e-ticket is issued. When you book, Stripe places an authorization on your card, which holds the amount on your credit line but does not transfer any money. We only capture the payment after the ticket is confirmed and delivered to your inbox. If the flight doesn't ticket for any reason, the authorization drops off automatically and you owe nothing.
What happens if my flight doesn't ticket?
The authorization on your card is released and you owe nothing. The most common reasons a ticket doesn't issue are seat inventory shifting in the minutes between your booking and our ticketing queue, or a fare rule quirk we catch during review. If either happens, we notify you immediately and release the hold. You are never stuck paying for a ticket you don't have.

Bookings are processed and ticketed by an IATA-accredited travel agency operating behind Flynomi. You receive real airline e-tickets, not vouchers or travel credits.

How Flynomi Works

What does Flynomi compare?
Flynomi compares premium-cabin public pricing, discounted fare sources, and award-seat options so you can decide whether cash or points is the better move.
Does Flynomi make money on award or buy-miles bookings?
No. We only make money when you book a discounted cash fare, on an 80/20 split of the savings against retail. We show award availability and buy-miles routes because they are often the best option, and we would rather you take the right trip than book the wrong one with us. When miles win, we say so.
Do I need an account to use Flynomi?
No. Search is free, you can review points options without logging in, and you only pay if you choose to book a cash itinerary through Flynomi.
Do you show points and buy-miles options?
Yes. Flynomi includes award-seat and buy-miles paths alongside cash pricing so you can compare the best premium-cabin option in one place.
How is this different from Google Flights?
Google Flights is a public-fare metasearch product. Flynomi is built to compare public pricing against discounted fare access and points alternatives on premium-cabin routes.

Pricing & Promo Codes

How does Flynomi make money?
Search is free. When Flynomi finds a better fare than the public price, you keep about 80% of the savings and Flynomi keeps 20% for facilitating the booking.
Can the service fee be discounted?
Yes. Promo codes apply at checkout in the payment section. Depending on the code, they can remove the service fee, apply a percentage discount, or apply a flat-dollar discount. If you read this, email us the word “watermelon” for a promo code to unlock 100% of your savings on your next booking.
Will Flynomi ever show a price above retail?
No. When Flynomi has a retail benchmark for the itinerary, the displayed price is capped so it does not exceed retail.
How much can I save?
Savings vary by route, timing, and airline. Premium-cabin routes often show meaningful savings, but Flynomi is designed to show when a discounted fare wins and when it does not.

Booking & Ticketing

What payment methods do you accept?
Cash bookings are processed through Stripe and support major credit and debit cards. Payment details are entered during checkout, where promo codes can also be applied.
When do I receive my tickets?
You receive a confirmation email after booking, followed by your airline ticketing details once the booking is issued.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Private fares often have stricter rules than public fares. The exact policy is shown in the booking flow, and support can help if you need to evaluate options before ticketing.

Can I use AwardWallet with Flynomi?
Yes. You can connect AwardWallet to compare your loyalty balances against the points and buy-miles options Flynomi surfaces. During search results, your balances appear alongside each award route so you can see at a glance whether you have enough miles to book or if buying miles makes sense.
