How Flynomi Works
How do you get lower prices?
We search multiple private fare networks — the same pricing databases that travel agents use to book premium cabin flights. These networks have negotiated rates with airlines that aren't available on public booking sites like Google Flights or the airline's own website.
How does Flynomi make money?
We add a flat 20% markup on the savings between our access rate and the public fare. You keep the other 80% of the savings. For example, if the public fare is $10,000 and our access rate is $4,000, the savings pool is $6,000. Our share is $1,200 (20%), so your price is $5,200 — saving you $4,800.
What airlines do you show?
We search every airline in the world, but only show you the best options — the routes and fares where our private pricing offers meaningful savings over the public fare. If a private fare doesn't beat what you'd find on Google Flights, we don't show it.
How is this different from Google Flights?
Google Flights only shows publicly available fares. Flynomi searches private fare networks that aren't indexed by Google or any public search engine. These are the same networks travel agents have used for decades to find better pricing on premium cabins. Learn more on our comparison page.
Searching & Booking
How long does a search take?
Most searches complete within 30-60 seconds. We're checking multiple fare networks in real time, so it takes slightly longer than a public fare search — but the savings are worth the wait.
What cabin classes can I search?
We specialize in premium cabins: Premium Economy, Business Class, and First Class. These are where the biggest savings exist compared to public fares.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe's secure payment processing. Your card is authorized at booking but only charged once your tickets are confirmed and issued.
Can I search multi-city or open-jaw routes?
Currently our search supports one-way and round-trip routes. If you need to book a multi-city or open-jaw itinerary, get in touch with our team at support@flynomi.com — we can often put together a custom quote using the same private fare networks.
After You Book
When do I get my tickets?
E-tickets are typically issued within 24-48 hours of booking. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately, followed by your e-tickets and PNR (booking reference) once ticketing is complete.
Can I select seats and add frequent flyer numbers?
Once your tickets are issued, you can manage seat selection and add frequent flyer numbers directly with the airline using your PNR. You'll earn miles as normal on all bookings.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Private fares are non-refundable after tickets are issued. If you need to cancel before ticketing, contact us immediately at support@flynomi.com and we'll do our best to help. We strongly recommend travel insurance for flexibility.
Pricing & Savings
How much can I save?
Savings vary by route, airline, and travel dates, but premium cabin fares typically range from 35% to 55% below public fares. Exceptional deals can reach 60-70%. The exact savings are displayed on each search result alongside the public fare for comparison.
Why do savings vary by route?
Airlines negotiate different rates with different fare networks, and availability changes constantly. Routes with more competition (like transatlantic business class) tend to have deeper discounts. We show you the best available price at the time of your search.
How is the public fare calculated?
The public fare shown alongside our price comes from publicly available pricing sources. We display it so you can verify the discount yourself. We even include a "Compare on Google" button on every search result so you can instantly check the public fare on Google Flights and confirm the savings are real.

What are your response times?
We typically respond within 3 hours, often much faster. For urgent booking issues (same-day travel), email us with 'URGENT' in the subject line.
What if something goes wrong with my booking?
Contact us immediately. All bookings are backed by The Plane Prince Travel, a licensed travel agency. We'll work directly with the airline and fare network to resolve any issues.
