Flynomi operates as a flight booking intermediary, connecting travelers with private negotiated fares on premium cabin flights (business and first class).

What We Provide

• •Access to private fares not available directly from airlines
• •Secure payment processing and booking management
• •Customer support for booking inquiries and assistance
• •E-ticket delivery and booking confirmations

By using Flynomi, you agree to the following responsibilities.

Pricing

• •All prices are displayed in the currency indicated and include applicable taxes and fees
• •Prices are subject to availability and may change until booking is confirmed
• •Fares shown are per person unless otherwise indicated

Payment Process

• •Payment is authorized at time of booking but not captured until ticket issuance
• •We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe
• •Your card will only be charged once ticketing is confirmed

Booking Confirmation

After payment authorization, your booking enters our ticketing queue. You will receive:

• •An immediate confirmation email with your booking reference
• •E-tickets via email once ticketing is complete (typically within 24-48 hours)
• •Your PNR (record locator) for airline check-in and booking management

Within 24 Hours of Booking

If you need to cancel within 24 hours of booking:

• •Contact us immediately at support@flynomi.com
• •We will attempt to cancel the booking and release the payment authorization
• •Cancellation requests are handled on a case-by-case basis

After Ticketing

Once tickets are issued:

• •Tickets are generally non-refundable
• •Changes may be possible with airline penalties and fare differences
• •Travel insurance is strongly recommended for protection against unforeseen circumstances

Airline-Initiated Changes

If the airline cancels or significantly changes your flight, we will work with you to find alternative arrangements or process a refund as permitted by the airline's policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• •Flynomi is not liable for airline schedule changes, cancellations, delays, or service issues beyond our control
• •We are not responsible for denied boarding due to incorrect passenger information or missing travel documents
• •Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking in question
• •We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Airline liability for flight services is governed by the airline's conditions of carriage and applicable international conventions (e.g., Montreal Convention).

All content on Flynomi, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Flynomi or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

• •You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission
• •Airline logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners
• •Automated scraping or data extraction is prohibited

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of Flynomi after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Flynomi shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey.
